Company Drivers

We will customize career opportunities for you that help you achieve your compensation, work/life balance, home time, and other goals.  Depending on your experience and qualifications, Company Drivers can earn up to 75 CPM and $30 per extra stop. Mileage is based on practical miles, from address-to-address.  Drivers also have opportunities to earn bonuses for new business referrals, new driver referrals and safe operations.  We also offer paid vacation, company-paid health insurance and other excellent benefits, including nine paid holidays and retirement savings plans with company match. Life, AD&D, disability and vision benefits are also available.

Owner-Operators

Shefland also welcomes Owner-Operators to our team.  If you have a truck that you want to put to work, we have LOTS of great customer freight to haul !! We pay 82% of the linehaul and 100% of the fuel. Shefland’s long history of safe operations means lower insurance rates, and we pass that benefit on to YOU. Owner operators can also benefit from the “cost plus” pricing we have with our primary fuel vendor.
